NEW BUSINESS – 9:30 a.m. 1. APPLICANT: MARTIN M. OHAN TRUST (REZ 17-000219) Application for a Change of Zone from an Agricultural-5 acre (A-5a) to a Family Agricultural-1 acre (FA-1a) zoning district for approximately 5.966 acres of land. The parcel thst is situated south of Hi‘olani Street, at the end of Lalei Street, Kalaoa 4 – Oʻoma 1, North Kona, Hawai‘i, TMK: 7-3-005:112. 2.
