DATE: Monday, September 25, 2017 TIME: 5:00 pm PLACE: Waikoloa Village Association Community Room 68-1792 Melia Street Waikoloa Village, Hawai'i 96738 AGENDA CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: (Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda (requires six votes, and must comply with Hawaii Revised Statutes § 92-7(d)) PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: Members of the public are invited to speak to any items on the agenda. To be recognized, please fill out and submit a yellow request form to the Planning Assistant or Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Comment shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the discretion of the Chair of the South Kohala CDP Action Committee. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the July 24, 2017 meeting, and the revised minutes of the June 26, 2017 meeting. BUSINESS 1. General Plan Comprehensive Review: As part of the General Plan Comprehensive Review, staff members of the Long Range Planning Division will provide an overview of the design strategy and outline of the General Plan.
