Chair John Winter announced that he would like to see an annual report from each 16 subcommittee and group from the North Kohala CDP Action Committee. 17 PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: 18 There was no testimony given from members of the public. 19 APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 20 Committee Member Richard Elliot moved to approve the minutes of the May 8, 2017 meeting, os 21 submitted. Second by Committee Member Jock (John) Hoyt. The motion to approve the minutes os 22 submitted passed with 5 votes aye, 0 votes nay.
