The subject property is located at 15-1463 21st Avenue, <br />approximately 1,700 feet north of the Kaloli Drive — 21st Avenue intersection, Hawaiian <br />Paradise Park, Kea`au, Puna, Hawaii, TMK: (3) 1-5-038:013. <br />The Commission voted to deny the application with the adoption of the written findings <br />of fact, conclusions of law, and decision and order to be continued to the <br />Commission's July 5th, 2018 meeting. <br />Minutes of May 3, 2018 — Approved. <br />
