To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning <br />Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of <br />the meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Community Development Plan (CDP) Action <br />Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee (AC) will consider the draft minutes of the <br />May 1, 2018 meeting. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. Kilauea Eruption Recovery Efforts: County of Hawai'i staff will present an overview of <br />recovery planning efforts and engage Action Committee members in a discussion <br />grounded in CDP goals/objectives and Action Committee priorities.
