Will the record <br /> show that in the absence of Chairman Sakata, Vice-Chairman <br /> Kalani Schutte is now presiding. . <br /> We do have two guests this afternoon. One is Steve <br /> Yamashiro who would like to say a few words and one is Bill <br /> Kikuchi who will relate to the advertisement of the changes of <br /> the charter that we have worked on. <br /> Will someone make a move to suspend the rules of <br /> procedure so we may receive this testimony? <br />
