The applicant, Terry Wigzell, President of the Kailua-Kona Restaurant Inc. is <br />proposing exterior renovations to the Pancho & Lefty's Cantina Restaurant to install a <br />new Exhaust Duct to the rear of the restaurant facing Sarona Road.
