With discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee, comments may be made either during the public comment portion of the agenda or during the relevant business item, and may be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item. For our records, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. BUSINESS: 1. Draft General Plan Topic Workshops: Members of the Long Range Planning Division will provide an overview of the Draft General Plan and deliver brief presentations on key sections of the plan. Attendees will participate in workshops to explore focused sections of the draft on land use and economics. The land use topic workshop will be held from 9:00 am —12:00 pm. The economic topic workshop will be held from 1:00 pm — 4:00 pm.
