With discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee, comments may be made <br />either during the public comment portion of the agenda or during the relevant business item, and <br />may be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item. For our records, please fill out a <br />yellow request form and submit it to Planning Department Staff or the Action Committee <br />Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. Draft General Plan Topic Workshops: Members of the Long Range Planning Division will <br />provide an overview of the Draft General Plan and deliver brief presentations on key <br />sections of the plan. Attendees will participate in workshops to explore focused sections <br />of the draft on infrastructure and natural resources. <br />The infrastructure topic workshop will be held from 9:00 am –12:00 pm. <br />The natural resources topic workshop will be held from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. <br />During the workshop attending members of the public will have an opportunity for <br />questions, discussion, and providing feedback on the sections of the draft being <br />presented. <br />www.hiplanningdept.com Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer planning@hawaiicounty.gov <br />
