Chairman Roth called the meeting to order and the Commissioners <br /> introduced themselves. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Minutes of the Meetings of September 3, 2019 <br /> Chairman Roth asked if there were any corrections to the minutes. No corrections were offered, <br /> and the minutes were approved as circulated. <br /> STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> None. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. The applicant, Linda Schatz, has resubmitted a revised proposal for a revision to <br /> Niumalu MarketPlace, which was previously reviewed by the KVDC at its <br /> November 21, 2017, March 6, 2018, March 5, 2019, May 7, 2019 and July 9, 2019 <br /> meetings.
