KahananuiREZRevisedConditionsl.19.2022 <br /> AARON NUOLA KAHANANUI <br /> CHANGE OF ZONE APPLICATION (PL-REZ-2021-000011) <br /> REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> Pursuant to the applicant's request to revise conditions, the Deputy Planning Director <br /> recommends amending Condition C, H, and I with the following language: <br /> C. Prior to issuance of Final Subdivision Approval, the Applicant shall designate, in writing, <br /> which lot within the proposed subdivision will be assigned each of the existing service <br /> meters and construct necessary water improvements, which shall include but not be <br /> limited to [' ] <br /> relocation and adjustment of the Department of Water Supply's affected water system <br /> facilities, should they be necessary. The Applicant shall implement any improvements <br /> required by the Fire Department and/or Department of Water Suply to ensure that fire <br /> protection requirements are met. <br /> H. Additionally, no <br /> clearing or construction activities shall occur within 1,600 feet of any active Hawaiian <br /> hawk nest during the breeding season until the young have fledged. Finally, regardless of <br /> the time of year, no trimming or cutting of trees containing a hawk nest shall occur, as <br /> nests may be re-used during consecutive breeding seasons. <br /> I.
