Thibadeau <br />Patricia O’Toole, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Chris Yuen, Planning Director <br />Norman Hayashi, Staff Planner <br />Phyllis Fujimoto, Staff Planner <br />Jeff Darrow, Staff Planner <br />APPLICANT: BAY PACIFIC DEVELOPMENT LLC <br />(SLU 03-012/REZ 03-028) <br />a.State Land Use boundary amendment for 14.902 acres from the Agricultural to the <br />Urban District. <br />b.Change of Zone for 14.902 acres from an Open (O) to a Limited Industrial 1-acre <br />(ML-1a) district. <br />The area involved is a portion of a former quarry site situated approximately 2,000 feet <br />south of the Waikoloa Road and approximately 200 feet south of the Waikoloa Utility <br />Baseyard, Waikoloa, South Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: 6-8-2: portion of 33. <br />FUJIKAWA:The next item on the agenda is Applicant Bay Pacific Development <br />LLC. They’re applying for SLU 03-012 and also REZ 03-028. And while the staff is <br />getting ready, this is: a. State Land Use boundary amendment for 14.902 acres from the <br />Agricultural to the Urban District; b. Change of Zone for 14.902 acres from an Open (O) <br />to a Limited Industrial 1-acre (ML-1a) district. Staff, you may proceed when you’re <br />ready. <br />DARROW:Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
