The Windward Planning Commission meeting can be viewed live <br /> online or at location listed below. Minutes of the Windward Planning Commission meeting will <br /> be transcribed and posted on the Planning Department's website. Pursuant to the Governor's <br /> Emergency Proclamation Related to COVID-19 (Omicron Variant) January 26, 2022, the <br /> requirement to have at least one in-person meeting location has been suspended through March <br /> 25, 2022.
