Quorum was <br />reached with six members present. <br />II. ROLL CALL <br />Members present: Farrah -Marie Gomes, Andrew M. Langtry, Shana Kukila, Hannah <br />Preston -Pita, Lisa -Ann Pana, Elena Cabatu, Malia Kekai - Hawai'i County <br />Corporation Counsel (ex-officio). <br />Members excused: Evelyn Kahea Lee, Christina Basham, Cyd Hoffeld - CSW <br />Commissioner (ex-officio). <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for March 16, 2022 <br />Elena motioned to approve the March 16, 2022 minutes; seconded by Hannah. All <br />approved and motion carried. <br />IV. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. Approval of Treasurer's Report by Andrew. <br />Andrew did not receive an expenditure report from the County, but knows that $182 <br />was spent in April for cell phone cards for Teen Dating project. $9,139 remains and <br />$6,927 is anticipated to be spent with remaining balance of $2,212. Shana moved to <br />approve treasurer's report, seconded by Lisa. All approved and motion carried. <br />V. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />No statements from the public were reported. <br />
