ROBERT JORDAN & 22 people from the public in attendance. <br />DR. JENNY CHARTIER <br />KALOKO, <br />NORTH KONA <br />APPLICANTS: DR. ROBERT JORDAN & DR. JENNY CHARTIER (SPP 780) <br />Amendment to conditions relating to extension of time limit, increase in square footage of the <br />building, and related conditions of Special Permit No. 780, which allowed a veterinary office and <br />clinic on 1.64 acres of land within the State Land Use Agricultural District. The property is <br />located adjacent to and north of the Mmalahoa Highway-Onaona Drive-North Kona Belt Road <br />intersection, Kaloko, North Kona, HawaiÒi, TMK: 7-3-8:1. <br /> <br />Ms. Cottle oriented the Commission and public of the subject and surrounding properties on the <br />location map, site plan and aerial photos, summarized the request, and noted that the Planning <br />Department recommended approval of the application with conditions. <br />1 <br /> <br />
