<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I <br />MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 7, 2007 <br />The Planning Commission met in regular session at 9:11 a.m. in the County of Hawaii, <br />Aupuni Center Conference Room, 101 Pauahi Street, Hilo, Hawaii, with Chairman <br />William R. Graham presiding. <br />PRESENT: William R. Graham ABSENT & EXCUSED: C. Kimo Alameda <br />Takashi Domingo Alvin Rho <br />Andrew Iwashita <br /> Shelly Ogata <br /> Rene’ Siracusa <br />Rodney Watanabe <br />Rell Woodward <br />Ivan Torigoe, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Christopher Yuen, Planning Director <br />Jeff Darrow, Staff Planner <br />All those testifying were duly sworn in. <br />ENVISION The Commission took this item up at 9:11 a.m. with <br />DOWNTOWN approximately 16 people from the public in attendance. <br />HILO <br />ENVISION DOWNTOWN HILO <br />Presentation by The EnVision Downtown Hilo 2025 (EDH 2025) VisionKeepers <br />on their first Annual Report covering the period from January 2006-June 2007. The <br />Annual Report summarizes the first 1-1/2 years of the VisionKeepers accomplishments <br />for the EnVision Downtown Hilo 2025: Community-based Vision and Living Action <br />Plan for Downtown Hilo.
