The property is located along the east (mauka) side of Mamalahoa <br />Highway and across from Saint Paul Road, approximately 430 feet south of Teshima Restaurant, <br />Kawanui 1, Honalo, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-9-3:61. <br />st <br />Mr. Darrow informed the Commissioners that Jack and Barbara Umphrey submitted a letter <br />requestingcontinuancetilltheApril2006meeting.CommissionerSiracusainquiredaboutthe <br />timeline however since the applicant is the one requesting for the continuance the timeline is not <br />applicable.TheChairthenaskediftherewasanyonefromthepublicthatwantedtogive <br />testimony.
