The <br />property is located along the makai side of Kalanianaole Avenue, adjacent to and east of the <br />Orchid Manor Apartment Complex, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-1-07:9. <br />Mr. Hayashi oriented the Commission and public of the subject and surrounding properties on <br />the location map and site plan, summarized the request and noted the Planning Director <br />recommended approval of the application, with conditions. He noted that the applicants have <br />indicated they will be constructing the curb, gutter and sidewalk and building simultaneously. <br /> <br />
