The property is located on the makai side of Kalanianaole Street, approximately <br />179 feet west of Akepa Street, Keaukaha, South Hilo, Hawai’i, TMK: 2-1-17:25. <br />FUJIKAWA:Item No. 7 Permittee, Jacqueline Brittain/Owen Sheets, Jr. This <br />would be a review of compliance with the conditions of Use Permit No. 193, which <br />allows the establishment of a two-bedroom bed and breakfast operation within an existing <br />single-family dwelling situated in the Single Family Residential – 10,000 square foot <br />(RS-10) district. This is <br />Kalanianaole Street, we’re moving in an east-west direction. If you were traveling east <br />on Kalanianaole through Keaukaha, you would, the Brittain bed and breakfast operation <br />is located on the makai side of the road, just past the Hale Moana Apartments. <br />EXHIBIT C <br /> <br />
