NEW BUSINESS KCDP Implementation. 1. Action Committee will continue ongoing review of KCDP Goals, Policies and Actions & discuss roles & responsibilities. Intersection of Hulikoa Sreet with Queen Kaahumanu Highway. 2.Burke Matsuyama will provide the Action Committee with an update of the Full-Crossing Intersection of Hulikoa Street with Queen Kaahumanu Highway and the circulation plan that connects it via a frontage road to the Airport. The Action Committee will then discuss the presentation. Financial Plan. 3.The Action Committee will discuss follow-up information regarding the Financial Plan to include (3) three possible scenarios of the implementation of the Financial Plan. Sub-Committee Reports. 4.Action Committee will review sub-committee reports and recommended motions and discussion items to place on the next meeting agenda for action. a.Action Committee will discuss the Outreach Report which provides information regarding the sub-committee members, purpose and copy of approved minutes of meetings held.
