We are, however, concerned that <br /> installation and maintenance of the "38 gravel surfaced parking stalls" and "1000 foot <br /> gravel driveway" might be construed as permitting Bolton, Inc., the co-applicant, to <br /> resume processing of aggregate material that was halted by order of the Department <br /> of Public Works on June 3, 2022.
