The subject property is located at 78-6935 Mamalahoa <br /> Hwy, approximately 580 feet south of its intersection with Kalelei Street, Keauhou 2nd <br /> (Mauka), North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: (3) 7-8-004:041. <br /> APPROVED W/CONDITIONS <br /> 2.
