In getting this 2nd level of license <br />to operate HF (high frequency), I learned more than the average citizen about the <br />dangers. I have also been an x-ray tech, a clinical nurse assistant & am backup <br />Emergency Communications for the local hospital. Learning about the risks in <br />radiation exposure as been part of my life. I support Council Member Cindy Evans' <br />proposed telecommunications ordinance, Bill 194, which has already been forwarded <br />to you. The new ordinance proposed by the Director is in opposition to the <br />overwhelming public testimony online and more that wrote in to comment. We urge <br />you to consider the scientific evidence presented that has been gathered for a couple <br />of decades regarding the effects of high frequency on the human organism. I have 14 <br />pages of some of that data attached. I and others, I personally know, have gotten ill, <br />lost hair and had cancers form due to exposure to EMF emanations. The director's <br />proposal seems pro-money, pro-telecommunications industry. How else would you <br />describe NO permitting process? The Golden Rule is the foundation of <br />civilization...If you have not reviewed the devastating effects of 5G and wireless <br />emanations, I have attached 14 pages of evidence mostly, from our own federal gov <br />agencies...NOW is the time to look at it.
