This meeting, and in preparation thereof, allowed the CRC <br /> the opportunity to review written and oral testimony from the public, review the subject permit <br /> request and due diligence documents, and to hear from and question Hawaii Onel Investors LLC <br /> representatives. <br /> Upon this deliberation, the CRC moved to recommend that the developer perform additional <br /> consultations with lineal and cultural descendants from the proposed parcel and neighboring <br /> ahupua`a. The motion was approved by unanimous vote. After the vote, Commissioner Ku`ulei <br /> Keakealani asked that consideration be made regarding concerns mentioned in public testimony. <br /> These were namely, impacts of traffic, water usage, infrastructure, roadways, and remant nature of <br /> cultural resources in the area, as well as impact to the site and place. <br /> www.cohplanningdept.com Hawai`i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer planning@co.hawaii.hi.us <br />
