Also its <br />income is exempt from taxes except for real estate transactions. <br />That's why on the top of every dollar it says "Federal Reserve Note." <br />The Federal Reserve was created in 1913 and was used to fund both sides of World War I <br />in 1914. <br />That same year in 1913, the Federal Income tax was created, to pay the debt of war. <br />The solution to global war, is global governance, so the League of Nations was formed. <br /> <br />
