Wonder why? <br /> So before you make new laws, this topic needs to be revisited. <br /> The word "Stakeholder," defined in the plan, is written 86 times and literally means <br /> anyone in the entire world can have input on this plan <br /> Who is a Stakeholder, can you please define that exactly. <br /> Only we here can/should decide what's happening on our Island.
