Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Sidney Fuke at 10:00 A.M. at the Department <br />of Liquor Control, Kona Meeting Room, Hanama Place, 75-5706 Kuakini Highway, Suite 107, <br />Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. <br />The following were present and constituted a quorum: <br />Board Members: Sidney Fuke, Chair <br />Howard Kelly, Vice Chair <br />Ceci Davenport, Board Member <br />Michael Hughes, Board Member <br />Dawn Raymond, Board Member <br />Absent and Excused: None <br />Others Present: Gerald Takase, Director <br />Brandon Gonzalez, Administrative Officer <br />Ihna Kandatsu Kang, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />(Department/Prosecutor) <br />Diana Mellon -Lacey, Deputy Corporation Counsel (Board) <br />Stacie Waltjen, Licensing Officer <br />Hau`oli Sayles, Board Secretary <br />Fuke: So, we'd like to begin the meeting, first of all as a reminder could you please silence <br />your phones so that we can continue the meeting uninterrupted. I'd like to have the Board <br />members introduce themselves so that at least the public knows what they sound like.
