Mr. Ashida concludes that the <br />complaint is unfounded, and that the Police Commission exercised its responsibilities <br />appropriately. <br />• Corresp. 12, Council Chairman James Arakaki nomination of Peter L. Hendricks of <br />Council District 9 to the Police Commission. <br />• Corresp. 13, from Lilian Beaufrere of Solutions 2002, Neighborhoods in Action, <br />informing of their first annual seminar with all Neighborhood Watch Programs on the <br />Big Island to be held on April 27, 2002. <br />
