Commissioner Whittemore <br />seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br />STATEMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS — None. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Commissioner Kaoiwi moved to approve the minutes of October 19, 2007, regular and <br />executive sessions. Commissioner Whittemore seconded the motion, and it carried <br />unanimously. <br />PERSONNEL ORDERS <br />Commissioner Kaoiwi moved to approve the personnel orders as listed. Commissioner <br />Whittemore seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Commissioner Kaoiwi moved to approve the communications as listed.
