Communication No. 2014-27 <br /> Minutes of the PCDP Subcommittee on Connectivity and Emergency Response <br /> April 15 and 22, 2014 - 5:00 p.m. - Keaau Community Center <br /> April 15, 2014 Minutes - PREP Fair 2014 Focus <br /> Call to Order: 5:15 p.m. <br /> In Attendance: Patti Pinto, Farris Etterlee, Toni Robert, Hannah Hedrick, Lorna <br /> Higgs, Bill Hanson, Barry Perriatt, Marlene Hapai, Chair <br /> Co-chairs once again will be Bill Hanson, representing Civil Defense and Marlene <br /> Hapai, representing the PCDP Action Committee's Subcommittee on Connectivity <br /> and Emergency Response. <br /> A PREP Fair 2014 Organizational Chart was discussed with coordinators present, as <br /> well an extensive table listing Planning Teams and Assignments. The following <br /> areas are included in the planning: <br /> Logistics <br /> Food <br /> Demographics <br /> Sponsors <br /> Public Awareness <br /> Mapping <br /> Career Explorations <br /> Uniforms <br /> Emergency Planning <br /> Exhibits and Workshops <br /> Incident Command, Safety and Security <br /> Internal Communication <br /> Documentation <br /> The following sections will once again be used to organize exhibits,workshops, <br /> demonstrations and other activities: <br /> Emergency Routes <br /> Emergency Centers/Shelters <br /> Emergency Planning <br /> Training <br /> Communications <br /> Security/Services <br /> Sustainability <br /> Children's Activities <br /> Two new sections were added: <br /> Social Connectivity <br /> Community Resources <br /> New recommendations were also added to each section. <br />
