Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br />submit a completed request form to the Puna CDP project manager prior to the completion of each public <br />testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item <br />during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: January 10, 2017 AC Meeting <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. Communication No. 2017-5, Prioritization of Puna CDP actions and objectives: The <br />Action Committee will discuss and vote on actions and objectives from the PCDP as shown on <br />Communication 2017-5 to develop and approve a prioritization list that will be transmitted to <br />the Planning Director. Additionally, the AC will discuss and approve a priority list transmittal <br />letter to the Planning Director. <br />All Action Committee communications can be viewed and downloaded from the following website, <br />http://www.hawaiicountycdp.info/puna-cdp/implementation/puna-cdp-action-committee under <br />the respective year that it was received.
