To be recognized, please fill out and submit a yellow request form to the Planning Assistant or Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Comment shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the discretion of the Chair of the South Kohala CDP Action Committee. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the May 22, 2017 minutes BUSINESS 1. General Plan Comprehensive Review: Members of the Long Range Planning Division will provide an overview of scenario planning as it relates to the General Plan Comprehensive Review. This will include using scenario planning to explore the South Kohala CDP Planning Area. The Action Committee will have an opportunity for questions, discussion, and recommendations to the Planning Director.
