To be recognized, please fill out and submit a yellow request form to the Planning <br />Assistant or Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. <br />Comment shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the <br />discretion of the Chair of the South Kohala CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the <br />September 25, 2017 meeting. <br />REPORTS and OTHER COMMUNICATIONS: the Action Committee will review submitted reports <br />and recommend motions and discussion items to place on the next meeting agenda for action. <br />1.
