Chairman Dahlberg called the meeting to order and the Commissioners <br />introduced themselves. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Minutes of the Meetings of September 19, 2017, and October 3, 2017 <br /> <br />Chairman Dahlberg asked if there were any corrections to the minutes. No corrections were <br />offered, and the minutes of the meetings of September 19, 2017, and October 3, 2017, were both <br />approved as circulated. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />There was no one from the public who wished to testify on the agenda item. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Replace 5 existing metal doors and one new door location with 6 new roll-up metal doors <br />and new paint colors for Palm Terrace, located between Queen Kaahumanu Highway <br />and Luhia Street on the north side of Eho Street. <br /> <br />Applicant: Buel McCoy, Palm Terrace Leasing LLC <br />Landowner: Queen Lili‘uokalani Trust <br />1 <br /> <br />
