Brilhante, Jr. is Appointed County’s New Human Resources Director <br /> <br />The County of Hawai'i’s Merit Appeals Board met on Wednesday to appoint <br />William V. Brilhante, Jr. as the County’s new Director of Human Resources. <br /> <br />Brilhante’s appointment is effective March 1. <br /> <br />He has served as the Acting Director of Human Resources since October 1, 2017. He <br />joined Human Resources as Deputy Director in November 16, 2016.
