To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning <br />Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the <br />meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the <br />discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee. <br />RECOGNITION OF OUTGOING ACTION COMMITTEE MEMBERS: Certificates of Appreciation from <br />the County of Hawai'i will be presented to outgoing Action Committee Members John Mueller, <br />Josephine Tanimoto, and Roger Harris to recognize their outstanding commitment and participation <br />as Action Committee members. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the <br />November 27, 2017 meeting. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1.
