This added column is provided for the <br />convenience of Action Committee Members to fill in the status of each action. <br /> <br />8.2 IMPLEMENTATION MATRIX (pg. 149) <br />Table 8.1 is the implementation matrix for the South Kohala CDP. The Implementation Matrix <br />provides a summary of the actions needed to implement elements of the various Action Programs <br />that have been outlined for the four focus areas of Waimea, Waikoloa Village, Kawaihae, and <br />Puakö.
