To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning <br />Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of <br />the meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Community Development Plan (CDP) Action <br />Committee. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. HWY 130 Improvement Project: Natasha Soriano, State Department of Transportation <br />Highways Division, will provide the Action Committee with an update on the HWY 130 <br />improvement project. <br />2. Update on the Ki'lauea Eruption Recovery Process: Bob Agres, Manager for Disaster <br />Recovery Community Engagement & Collaboration, will provide an update on the Kilauea <br />Eruption Recovery Process and its relationship to the Puna CDP goals and objectives.
