CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chair Pequeño called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JANUARY 22, 2020 <br /> <br /> Motion, second, and vote: Vice Chair Olson moved to approve the minutes, <br />Commissioner Gaffney seconded the motion, and all commissioners voted aye. <br /> <br />3. STATEMENT FROM THE CHAIR <br /> <br /> Chair Pequeño introduced himself, as there were some new faces on the commission <br />and it is his first meeting as chair.
