CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chair Pequeño called the meeting to order at 9:01 a.m. and took a roll call of the <br />commissioners present. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JULY 22, 2020 <br /> <br /> Motion and second: Commissioner Adams moved to approve the minutes, and <br />Commissioner Gaffney seconded the motion. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Cardwell said she wanted a notation made on page 4 regarding Director <br />Kucharski’s statement on Puna Precious Plastics. She spoke with David Marquis, and they were <br />indeed collecting plastics in July and August. However, with the new COVID-19 mandate <br />limiting gatherings to not more than 10 people, the plastic collecting will be postponed until the <br />situation changes. <br /> <br /> <br />
