Pursuant to Governor Ige's 15th COVID-19 Emergency Proclamation date l
November 16, 2020, all members of the public attending in person must

Anyone wishing to provide testimony on an agenda item may do so
in writing by email or fax. To ensure timely delivery to the Board members,
written testimony must be submitted by 12:00 noon on the business day
prior to the meeting by: (1) email to cohdlc@hawaiicounty.gov; or (2) fax
to (808) 961-8684. Please specify what agenda item it is being submitted
for (i.e. in the subject line LAB MTG Agenda Item #). All written testimony,
regardless of time of receipt, will be part of the permanent record.

In the Matter of the Accusation Against Margarita Village, LLC, dba Margarita
Village Mexican Cantina, located at 11 Silva Street, Hilo, Hawaii.
Informal Hearing (Alternative II) on violation of Rule 3-8(B) of the Rules
and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control
of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, for having patrons remaining on the
licensed premises after 2:00 A.M., which is the legal closing hour of a Class 5
Dispenser.

2. CASE NO. 2021-002 (10:00 A.M.)
In the Matter of the Accusation Against KHI, Inc, dba Waiakeawaena Texaco,
located at 2188 Kino`ole Street, Hilo, Hawaii.
Informal Hearing (Alternative II) on violation of Rule 5-2 of the Rules
and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor
Control of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, for failure to have a person
duly approved by the Department of Liquor Control as a Person in Active Charge
of the premises at all times while the premises was open for business to provide
proper supervision in the exercise of the liquor license in accordance with the
liquor laws.
