2021 SUMMER ADVENTURES <br />HILO ARMORY <br />June 7 -July 16, 2021 <br />Monday -Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. <br />...................................................................................................................... <br />COST: $130.00 per participant (includes $30.00 Activity Fee). Payment must <br />be made in cash, money order or certified check only. No personal <br />checks will be accepted. <br />PROGRAM: Looking for adventures filled with fun and action -packed activities? <br />Then join "Summer Adventures" at the Hilo Armory. Program <br />includes hikes, field trips, sports, games, arts & crafts, cooking <br />projects, ceramics, ukulele sessions, sewing, theme -oriented <br />activities, beach excursions and swimming. <br />NOTE: Tentatively, a free lunch program is being planned. In the event <br />the free lunch program is unavailable, the participant must bring <br />their own lunch daily. Snacks are optional. <br />ENROLLMENT LIMIT: 30 participants <br />AGE GROUP: Youths, ages 8 — 12 years of age <br />REGISTRATION: At Hilo Armory P&R Office during the month of April <br />Tuesdays & Thursdays between 1:00-5:30 p.m. or until the <br />enrollment limit is met. <br />FOR MORE INFORMATION: Call Gail Rosehill, Recreation Dir. at 961-8734 or <br />Royden Chow, Hilo Dist. Any inconsistencies found will prohibit individual from participating in activities. * Hand <br />washing is required prior to the start of each activity. Hand sanitizer will be utilized when hand washing is unavailable. <br />* Participants must bring their own water bottle. Consumption of food is not allowed during activities, except during special <br />programming. * Staff will sanitize all supplies & equipment prior to and following each class. * Stay home if you are exhibiting any <br />symptoms outlined by CDC guidelines.
