2021 SUMMER FUN PROGRAM <br />LAUPAHOEHOE COMMUNITY <br />PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL GYM <br />June <br />7 -July 16, <br />2021 <br />Monday thru <br />Friday - 8:00 <br />a.m. <br />to 2:00 p.m. <br />In accordance with the current COVID-19 EmergencV Rules, the following will apply: <br />• All activities will have limited enrollment. <br />• Use of face masks are required at all times, except when the participant is physically active. <br />• Social distancing will be implemented during each activity. <br />• Participants will be screened prior to each activity, including temperature checks and questionnaire. Any inconsistencies found will <br />prohibit individual from participating in activities. <br />• Hand washing is required prior to the start of each activity. Hand sanitizer will be utilized when hand washing is unavailable. <br />• Participants must bring their own water bottle. Consumption of food is not allowed during activities, except during special <br />programming. <br />• Staff will sanitize all supplies & equipment prior to and following each class. <br />• Stay home if you are exhibiting any symptoms outlined by CDC guidelines. For a full list of COVID-19 symptoms, please visit the CDC <br />website. / <br />COST- $120.00 per child ($20.00 Activity Fee Included) <br />(Payment must be made in cash, money order or certified check only). <br />No personal checks will be accepted. ; <br />PROGRAM: The program will consist of a spectrum of arts and crafts <br />• projects, indoor/outdoor games, sports, music, dance, nature <br />exploration, swimming, special events and excursions. : <br />:AGE GROUP: Completed Grade K through Grade 6.� ; <br />:ENROLLMENT LIMIT.- 30 participants <br />NOTE: Tentatively a free lunch is being planned. In the event the free lunch is <br />unavailable, the participant must bring their own lunch daily. Snacks are optional. ; <br />REGISTRATION; May 17-31, 2021, Monday thru Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. & ; <br />• Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Papa`aloa Gym.
