County Council(Since last report posted on 5/20/21) <br />ITEMDESCRIPTION CURRENT STATUS <br />Completed items <br />Budget bills Bills 21 and 22 establish the operating and Approved by Council on final <br />capital budgets, respectively, for FY 21-22. reading 6/3. <br />Comm. 286Discussion on implementation of landfill tipping Discussion held in RAWEEMC on <br />fee prescribed by the Department of 6/15. <br />Environmental Management. <br />Active item <br />Res No. 143-21 Resolution urging the County Department Positive recommendation by <br />of Environmental Management to ensure that RAWEEMC on 6/15. Residential fee credit issue discussed at RAWEEMC 6/15/21 <br /> <br />Response: In addition to the primary discussion regarding the rate increase <br />which is scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2021, the Council asked questions <br />regarding the removal of the “Residential Credit” that was previously in <br />Chapter 20 of the Code. The discussion before Council revolved around the <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
