NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the County of
Hawai'i Elections Accessibility Needs Advisory Committee, pursuant to Hawai'i Revised
Statutes ("HRS") Section 11-10.6.
DATE: Thursday, May 23, 2024
TIME: 10:00 a.m. — 12 p.m.
PLACE: Pueo Conference Room
25 Aupuni Street, Suite 2601, Hilo, HI 96720
The Elections Accessibility Needs Advisory Committee Members and Members of the
public may attend this meeting in person at the meeting location or via Zoom.
The meeting shall be automatically recessed for up to thirty (30) minutes to restore
communication when the audiovisual connection cannot be maintained with all committee
members participating in the meeting and with the in-person location identified in this
agenda. If it is not possible to reconvene the meeting within thirty (30) minutes after
interruption to communication, the meeting shall be automatically terminated.

All oral and written testimony will be public records.
Testimony presented during the meeting will be limited to three (3) minutes for
each item.

Notice to Lobbyists: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County
Cleric within five days of becoming a lobbyist [Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County
Code]. A lobbyist means "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who
spends more than five hours in any month or$275 in any six-month period for the purpose
of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging
others to communicate with public officials." [Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a) (6), Hawai'i
