Hawai'i County Transient Accommodations Tax (HCTAT) -
Administrative Rules to be effective July 24, 2025
The purpose of this Announcement is to notify the public of the HCTAT Administrative Rules
which will become effective July 24, 2025. A public meeting was held on July 1, 2025 to receive
comments regarding the proposed administrative rules. At the conclusion of this meeting, it was
determined to adopt the rules. A copy of the HCTAT Administrative Rules is available on the
