Minutes dated October 30, 2003 - accepted.
TREASURER'S REPORT
P. Barry explained expenses from Poster Contest and asked for reimbursement for
mileage and luncheon. A. Moon made motion to reimburse for expe

STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC

REPORTS
A. DVIAT - L. Slutter reported that E. Hawaii is trying to coordina
