Minutes dated July 25, 2003 were approved.
TREASURER'S REPORT:
Treasurer's Report was approved.
STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC:
Jule Rahmer, Soroptimist was in attendance to listen in and make
duplicating what the FVAC is doing.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. Letter of resignation from Karen Wolfe.
B. Ex-Officio Discussion - Members voted Alice Moon as Ex-Officio member.

A. Poster competition project - 3, 4, and 5 grades, cover letter will be sent to
teachers informing them that FVAC is sponsoring this contest, is
among commissioners to make presentations to school, flyer will
specifics of competition. Target dates: Packets (letter and fl
schools October 1, posters to be picked up by October 15. Commi

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Attendance Policy - Discussion was held on possible night meetin
