Arnold <br />Okamura seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM AND/OR SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA: <br />3.Diana <br />Miller requested that Discussion on Possible Action Items by the Commission be <br />added to 8. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON ITEMS LISTED ON AGENDA: <br />4. <br />Jon Olson, representing Puna Traffic Safety Committee, gave a summary of the <br />positive actions being taken by the Abandoned Vehicle Task Force relating to the <br />abandoned and derelict vehicle programs and noted that the abandoned vehicle <br />situation is much better than it has been in the past. <br />CORRESPONDENCE/REPORTS/DISCUSSION: <br />5.(Taken out of order.) <br />Abandoned Vehicle Program Report <br /> (attached to original minutes) <br />Police are now providing the Abandoned Vehicle logs on a weekly basis to James <br />Isa. <br />The impound yard that was removed from the Reload Facility plans can be relocated <br />and put back in the design plans. Dworsky will work with Beck and the contractor, <br />Isemoto, to identify a new site. <br />Recruitment is going out soon for one Abandoned Vehicle Coordinator for Kona and <br />one clerk for Hilo. <br />Isa will attend Commission meetings in Hilo; the new Kona Coordinator will attend <br /> <br />
