CALL TO ORDER & ANNOUNCEMENTS: Commission Chair Sherm Warner called the <br />meeting to order at 9:12 a.m. He indicated this was his last meeting as Chair and Vice Chair <br />Anne Lee would be chairing the commission for 2013. <br />He informed the commissioners that he had communicated with the Mayor's Office and <br />Corporation Counsel concerning the 4 vacancies that the commission will have in January, 2013 <br />with the resignation of Russell Ruderman (District 5) and vacancies in Districts 1, 7 and 8. <br />Commissioners Stan Boren (District 7) and Steven Okoji (District 8) have agreed to continue to <br />serve on the commission for 90 days or until their replacements are found. <br />With the possibility of a non - quorum in January, and with the consensus of the commission <br />members, the Vice Chair selection will be deferred until new commissioners are selected. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF OCTOBER 24 2412 SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES: <br />Commissioner Boren moved to approve the October 24, 2412 minutes as written. <br />Commissioner Okoji seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />3. APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM AND /OR SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA: None <br />4. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON ITEMS LISTED ON AGENDA: <br />Chair Warner clarified to those present that the department was not responsible for county coqui frog <br />management and could not assist with the request for water and storage at the transfer station for the <br />Volcano Coquistadores coqui frog working group. <br />Mary Brewer, Vice President of the Volcano Community Association (VCA), spoke in support of <br />upgrades being made to the Volcano Transfer Station. She pointed out that it is inconvenient and <br />
